A place you can get more knowledge, such as information about discounts and your pay, or to learn more about your role.

Connect to both apps using your Crew ID
Login to be entered for a chance to win fabulous prizes

Download the Workplace app and the Workplace CHAT app from the App Store or Google Play:

Search for Workplace
Tap the Download icons for each app

Step #2

Launch the Workplace APP and tap

(Do not tap “Sign-up” even though it is already selected.)

Step #3

Tap FIND YOUR WORKPLACE

DO NOT enter an email address

Step #4

Find Your Workplace

Enter the McOpCo Workplace URL mcdcanmcopco
Do not remove .workplace.com
Press Continue

Step #5

McDonald’s login (SSO) selection

Crew (Will be redirected to the social provider login screen)
Restaurant Managers & Franchisees
McDonald’s Corporate

Step #6

Stay signed in?

Check the “Don’t show this again” option
Tap “Yes” (Tap “No” if you are using a shared device)

Workplace will confirm SSO

Tap Allow

Complete sign up

As needed, view the following by tapping each link: Workplace Privacy, Acceptable Use, Use of Cookies
Tap “Sign up”

Access Workplace CHAT

Tap the CHAT icon at the bottom of the Workplace screen
